Your new mattress comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects, lasting 2, 5, or 10 years, depending on the model. Most of our mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty. Defects include issues such as sagging deeper than 1.5 inches, squeaking, and more. Be sure to keep your sales receipt. To ensure your warranty remains valid, use a firm base for your mattress and a mattress protector to keep it free from stains. If you believe there is a warranty issue, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We offer free delivery anywhere in the BC Lower Mainland.  If you are outside of this area, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Mattresses can be set up for a small charge, and our Adjustable Bases come with full in-home delivery and setup.  We want your adjustable base purchase to be as simple and hassle free as possible.

Although you do have a Full 10 year manufacturer's warranty, we don't offer a trial period, for a few reasons:
1. The stores work a "free trial period" into their prices, we don't do that (which is part of why you save so much shopping with us).
2. We really try to keep our selection simple, and only sell what we believe is the absolute best, to help people make the right choice.   It's easy to get confused with high pressure sales and 100s of options,  so I get why the big stores do it.   We try to spend the time and help people choose the right bed 😊.
3. Mattress in a  box,  or mattress trials, is a leading cause now of waste on the planet - we're trying to do our part as a small local business to minimize waste
4. Having said all of that,  we truly care that each and every one of our customers are being the best,  most supportive sleep possible.   If that's not the case,  let us know and we will work with you to find a solution

We are regularly asked "what about those bed-in-a-box - do you carry those?". Our answer is always the same - absolutely not, because we only sell the highest quality, most supportive, long lasting, locally made mattresses available. For us, it comes down to 3 key factors (although there are more): 1. Bed-in-a-box has little to no orthopedic support. Made to be compressed into and spring out of a tiny box, it is impossible for this design to have the same support as a traditionally made mattress. 2. HOT HOT HOT - they can use all the fancy marketing available, but the more foam used in a mattress, the more heat it will hold - there's just nowhere for that air to circulate, so hot sleepers tend to toss and turn, sweating all night. In comparison, our most popular mattress features nano-coils, which allow for both greater support & ultimate cooling 3. Bed-in-a-box being essentially the fast fashion of the sleep world - its just NOT for us, and not for our customers. These beds generally end up in a landfill within 1 - 5 years of being purchased, and are a leading current cause of waste on the planet. Our mattresses are built to last, made locally & use Canadian-made materials - which is why they come with a full 10 year manufacturer's warranty . So would we ever sell a bed-in-a-box? Just like our favorite sitcom stars being asked about a reunion, we "never say never" but the technology would have to drastically change for us to even consider it as a future option. If we don't feel 100% confident that what we are selling is the best option for your sleep & overall health & wellness - we don't sell it.

The mattresses are all Canadian made by Canada's oldest luxury mattress manufacturer, located right here in BC! They are all brand new in factory sealed plastic with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Shockingly - YES!  If your mattress is in need of any repairs/refurbishment in the future for an issue not covered by warranty, please contact us. Our factory is local here in BC and can solve almost any problem.

No, please use a box spring, platform, base with slats, or an adjustable base. The floor lacks flexibility, which can cause your mattress to wear out quickly. Additionally, moisture may build up. Placing your mattress directly on the floor will void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes, all of our foams are Canadian made CERTI-PUR certified by a third-party, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and have minimal off-gassing. In Canada, no fire retardant chemicals are sprayed on mattresses. Our foams are also ECOTEX certified, made from soy and reducing petroleum use. Additionally, we offer high-end models featuring Talalay Latex, a natural, temperature-neutral foam derived from rubber tree sap. Many of our mattresses also include layers of silk and wool, which enhance breathability.

Yes, all of our beds are Canadian made in the Lower Mainland, greatly reducing the carbon footprint associated with overseas shipping.Our factory partners with the BC Government’s Forests for Tomorrow Program, planting two trees in BC for every foundation sold, helping to replenish more wood than is used in the manufacturing process.Additionally, most of our metal coils are crafted from locally-sourced steel from Annacis Island and Canadian made.

Our waterproof mattress protectors help extend the life of your bed. We offer protectors that are as thin as a sheet, quiet, breathable, and made from natural materials like bamboo—unlike the noisy, hot ones of the past! Without a protector, dust mites thrive on dead skin cells and can accumulate in your mattress. Additionally, any stains will void the mattress warranty, so maintaining a clean sleep surface is essential.
